Somatic & Polyvagal Therapy for Nervous System Regulation
Body-based therapy for individuals and couples seeking safety, regulation, and clarity in Wheat Ridge & Arvada, CO.
At Hunting Clarity, I offer nervous system–informed therapy grounded in polyvagal theory and somatic therapy. My work supports individuals and couples in understanding how their nervous system responds to stress, trauma, and relationships, as well as, how to build regulation from the inside out.
Rather than relying on talk therapy alone, we use body-based approaches that help restore a sense of safety, connection, and presence. Therapy is paced, collaborative, and trauma-informed, with an emphasis on awareness, regulation, and lasting change.
I work with clients experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, a sense of disconnection and relationship challenges who want deeper healing that includes both mind and body.
Hi, I’m Kristen Oliver MA, LMFT
At Hunting Clarity, I help individuals and couples slow down, listen to their nervous systems, and reconnect with what actually matters. If you feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself or your partner, or caught in cycles of anxiety, depression - you’re not broken. Your nervous system is doing its best to protect you.
My work is grounded in polyvagal theory, somatic therapy, and relational depth, helping you build safety from the inside out so real change can happen.

About Hunting Clarity
Therapy That Works With Your Nervous System - Not Against It
Talk therapy alone isn’t always enough. Many people understand why they feel the way they do, but still feel hijacked by anxiety, shutdown, conflict, or numbness.
In my work, somatic and polyvagal-informed therapy helps you:
Regulate stress and anxiety at the nervous system level
Move out of chronic fight, flight, or freeze
Feel more present, grounded, and emotionally connected
Improve communication and emotional safety in relationships
Rather than pushing for insight or change before your system is ready, I focus on building capacity, safety, and attunement first, so growth feels sustainable, not forced.
You don’t have to keep living in a state of overwhelm, disconnection, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you.
I help individuals and couples slow down, regulate their nervous systems, and reconnect with clarity, safety, and choice.
